Jamestown, Virginia

Continuing our tour of the Southeast we headed towards Jamestown, Virginia...where it wasn't so pleasant! It was the first permanent settlement in the United States.

For settlers in the 1600s, there wasn't a lot of food and it was swampy with bugs, mosquitos. Hopefully we'll be able to find crops and find food soon.
